We stayed seven nights and six days. Checking in was very easy. I was pleased that everyone had an upbeat and helpful attitude. We had unlimitted in and out car service. It did not matter if it was for an hour or a day the service was great. I felt the car was in good hands at all times. This parking was close to all activities: Chinatown,Trollies,restaurants,Muni services,Japantown and Etc... The online price from Gottapark was the best deal in Town for our Stay.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. When we arrived they answered all of our questions. We were able to take our car in and out of the garage and the wait was only about 5 minutes to get our car.

We dropped our car on Thursday afternoon and returned later in the evening to pick up our luggage which was made very easy. We did call ahead to tell the garage we were coming to pick up the car on Sunday mornng and it was ready to drive away the instant we arrived.
