Very simply, GottaPark connects those who are looking for parking with those who have parking spots available. We do this by providing a simple online tool for individuals, businesses, and parking companies to rent out their parking spots, and for the general public to reserve and pay for them. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will provide you a full refund if you were not able to park at your reserved spot. GottaPark is a privately held company with headquarters in San Francisco, California.

How can I reserve parking?

  • Search: Search for parking around your destination address. Compare price, distance and descriptions to find the right spot for you.
  • Reserve and Print: Reserve your selected spot using our secure payment system. Then print out your receipt and take it with you to your destination.
  • Park: Your guaranteed spot will be waiting for you when you arrive. Just show your receipt to the parking attendant. It's that easy!

Why should I use GottaPark?

You‘ll avoid the frustration of driving around your destination looking for parking, which will save you time and gas money. Plus, if you choose to park at a professionally managed garage, you will most likely get a better deal through us than if you drive directly up to the lot. You‘ll also be doing a little bit to lower urban pollution levels - studies show that up to 30% of all urban pollution is caused by motorists driving around looking for a parking spot.

Does GottaPark own/operate the parking facilities?

GottaPark does not own or operate any of the parking facilities listed on our site. Instead, we provide an easy to use, secure platform to connect drivers to available parking spots. We work with our parking providers to get you good prices and have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our spots.

How does GottaPark set prices?

GottaPark does not set prices, the parking providers do. However, we work hard to ensure that you get a good deal going through us.

Is the price quoted the total price including all taxes and fees?

The price quoted is the total price for the entire time period you selected, including all taxes and fees. Please note: For some locations you may have to pay a surcharge for oversize vehicles. If this is the case, it will be very clearly stated in the description.

How does GottaPark make money?

We take 15% of the value of the transaction to cover credit card fees and our internal fees. The price you are quoted includes our fee as well as all taxes and surcharges.

Do I pay extra to use your services?

We work very hard to ensure that you pay less (or at least don‘t pay more) than if you drive directly up to the garage. This is true in most cases.

Where is GottaPark available?

GottaPark has convenient parking spots in a growing number of cities across the US and Canada. Please contact us if you are interested in posting spots in your area.

What if I come a little early or leave a little late?

If you are parking at a garage, then a reasonable grace period applies - fifteen minutes is average. If you need to stay longer than your allotted time, just pay the difference at the garage - note you will not get the GottaPark rate at the garage, but will pay the posted price. If you are parking at a driveway and need to stay longer, you can make a new reservation on our site starting at the end of your last reservation and extending till the time you need to stay.

What do I need to bring with me to the parking lot?

Your printed receipt. We are rolling out our new mobile optimized site starting with a few locations where you will be able to simply show a mobile receipt on your PDA to the parking attendant instead of the print out. For all other cases you must bring a printed receipt with you to the garage and show that along with your ID.

I do not have my printed receipt with me for the garage and I'm already on my way. What should I do?

Rest assured, we will make sure that your reservation is honored. You do however need to contact us immediately at support@gottapark.com or 1-877-449-PARK with your reservation ID. We‘ll contact the parking provider on your behalf.

Is there in/out at the garage?

If the description does not say anything about in/out then you do not have in/out privileges at the garage.

Does the garage offer overnight parking? Is there an extra charge?

The description will let you know if the location allows overnight parking and if there is an additional cost involved.

What is GottaPark's cancellation policy?

Your reservation can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance of your parking. When you cancel a reservation, we will reimburse the fee to your credit card. We will process the reimbursement within a week, but please note that your credit card company may take a few more days to credit your account. If you miss the deadline, please contact us directly at cancellations@gottapark.com.

What is GottaPark's refund policy?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you were not able to park at your reserved location, we will refund your entire payment. Please contact us up to 48 hours after the end of your reservation at refunds@gottapark.com.

What is GottaPark's privacy policy?

GottaPark is committed to maintaining your privacy online. We do not share any of your information with any third party. The personal information that we collect from you is the minimum needed to complete your parking transactions. We will provide your contact information only to providers whose space you have rented. If you have any questions about our Privacy Policy, please contact us at: legal@gottapark.com. We appreciate your business and will not compromise your online privacy.

How does GottaPark protect my information? Is the site secure?

All of our servers are secure. Your financial information is processed through our secure gateway that protects sensitive customer information using the highest levels of encryption and security protocols available in the industry. Your financial information is encrypted, passed on to our Gateway and is not stored by GottaPark. Will I have a specific spot assigned to me at the garage?

In most cases, you will not have a specific spot assigned to you. You simply drive in, find an open spot, and park. Don‘t forget to place your GottaPark receipt on your dashboard for the parking attendants to see.

What happens if I drive up to my reserved location and they dont have a spot for me?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you cannot park at your reserved location, please contact us immediately at support@gottapark.com. We can either work to find you an alternate location to park, or will refund 100% of your payment.

What happens if I am not 100% satisfied?

Please contact us at support@gottapark.com up to 48 hours after the end of your reservation. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation. Our goal is 100% satisfaction for 100% of our customers - that means you!

I searched for the same address that my friend did last week, but got different results. What gives?

The provider may have changed the pricing for the location since your friend made the reservation or there may be different pricing for special events or during different times of the week. If the location doesn‘t show up at all, this may be because all available spots have been taken.
